“Upon moving to NY from NC, I immediately contacted the Bradley Agency for renters’ and auto insurance through Erie Insurance. Through a combination of many errors, including a major one with my NC title, my registration was delayed and we learned that the only 2 states that won’t accept another state’s coverage are NC and NY … this caused serious problems with the NCDMV’s insurance department, twice requiring reissuing policies, effective coverage dates, etc…. my Bradley Insurance Team of Bernadette and Cathy, dealt with the bureaucracy and all the details, spending an inordinate amount of time and, with their knowledge and professionalism, resolved all my issues!
